Join our daily 30 minute meditation practice session including basic chanting followed by a mindfulness and metta (loving kindness) meditation at AEDT 8.00pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Sunday evenings.
These short sessions are suitable for all levels including those who are new to meditation, through to experienced practitioners who wish to strengthen their practice and feel part of a community.
