Morning Chanting and Meditation
A basic daily practice including traditional chanting, breathing meditation and guided metta meditation. Chanting is taken from the chanting sheet link below and includes: Vandana (Salutation to the Buddha); Pancasila (Five Precepts); The Three Refuges; Qualities (Attributes) of the Buddha Dhamma Sangha; Transference of Merit; and Jayaparritam (The Victory Protection).
