What is involved in the 30 mins session?
Each session starts with a basic Buddhist Chanting followed by a mindfulness and loving-kindness meditation.
Who guides the meditation?
The sessions are guided by Buddhist Discussion Centre’s teachers and senior students with many years of meditation experience.
Who can join?
These short sessions are suitable for anyone, including those who are new to meditation, to experienced practitioners who wish to strengthen their practice, meditation habits and feel part of the community.
