World Buddhist Radio
The World Buddhist Radio internet radio program is broadcast by the Buddhist Discussion Centre Australia and comprises Buddhist Teachings, chanting and music 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
There are recordings of Dhamma talks given by eminent Buddhist Teachers from the major Buddhist traditions including Ajarn Brahm, Geshe Michael Roach and Venerable Dhammavihari. There are readings taken from the sutta pitika as well as chanting performed by the Fo Guang Shan Buddhist Monastic Choir.
Buddhist Hour Weekly Radio Program Archive
The Buddhist Discussion Centre Australia broadcasts a live one hour Buddhist radio program, Buddhist Hour, every week in Victoria, Australia on 3MDR 97.1FM community radio from 4.00pm to 5.00pm Sunday afternoon.
Included in each Buddhist Hour broadcast is a 20 – 30 minute long Dhamma talk on one particular topic. Transcripts of several hundred “Buddhist Hour” Weekly Buddhist radio programs are available from the program archive.
